Job Title: Sales Manager
Company: Modern Day Garage
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales metrics, including targets, quotas, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in home improvement or garage door products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of garage door products and services is a plus.
Compensation: Base Salary, Unlimited weekly commission and benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
