1. Sponsor
The Garage Door Opener Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Suburban Door Company, Genie of Fairview, and Installation Services Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsors”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 19th at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on August 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, you must book a new garage door appointment with Suburban Door, Installation Services Inc, or Genie of Fairview and mention “National Curb Appeal Month” upon booking. Limit one (1) entry per household. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that entrant’s entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) new garage door opener (approximate retail value: $600), provided by the Sponsors. No cash or other substitution permitted except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 1st from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within 5 days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 2 days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, entrants grant the Sponsors the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or any errors in printing or administration of the Sweepstakes.
9. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined in their sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules.
11. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Genie of Fairview no later than 30 days after drawing date.
